Nominimum education or experience required. On the job training provided.

　　Duties will include planting trees using various sized shovels; layingsod; and dirt work including the preparation of the soil for sod bywatering and raking the area.

　　\$16.15/hr. Mon-Fri and occasional Saturdays; 40 hrs/wk minimum withopportunity for overtime. Shifts 7:30am-4:00pm, with a 30 minute unpaidlunch. Work days and shift time may vary with weather.

　　Employer may increase wage based on experience, current marketconditions, and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Anovertime premium will be paid when required by Federal, State, or locallaw, including at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per workweek.Generally, when overtime is available it will be paid at \$24.23 perhour based on locality the work is performed and the base rate of payoffered per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.Pay received weekly.

　　Employer will make all deductions from the worker\'s paycheck requiredby law. Optional employee only shared housing available at no cost tothe employee.

　　Transportation provided from main worksite to multiple worksites withinOklahoma County.

　　Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, andequipment required to perform job.

　　The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalemployment period.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visaprocessing, border crossing, and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　If the worker completes the certified period of employment or isdismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the endof the period, the employer will provide or pay for the worker\'s costof return transportation and daily subsistence from the place ofemployment to the place from which the worker, disregarding interveningemployment, departed to work for the employer. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least \$14.00 per dayduring travel to a maximum of \$59 per day with receipts. Alltransportation costs are to be preapproved. If necessary, the employerwill reimburse worker within the first pay period for the approved costof meals and lodging at the applicable exchange rate, not to exceedreasonable costs.
