　　Kitchen Aide

　　POSITION SUMMARY:

　　We are pleased to offer the opportunity to work as a Kitchen Aide within Edgewaters Food Service Department. This position supports our Food Service Team by providing healthy and hearty meals to our residents. The Kitchen Aide will be under the supervision of the Executive Chef, responsible for assisting in the kitchen and dining areas.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Kitchen Aid responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Maintains a clean and neat kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, and dry stock according to the food service procedures.Assist will all food deliveries and proper storage of deliveries.Store all items first in and first out.Assist cook(s) in moving/lifting bulk items.Monitor inventory by maintaining inventory control standards.Clean and fill all cruet and condiment sets.Assist outside sites with food storage and maintenance of food holding areas.Comply with all Food Service policies and procedures.Properly dispose of all trash and garbage.Abide by work schedules and sign in/out accordingly.Perform all other related duties assigned.SUPERVISED BY:
