Responsibilities SUMMARY: Meet or exceed Company and Individual sales metrics by gaining profitable business; tracking those sales opportunities by inputting data in the CRM tracking tool; and working within your allotted Expense Budget. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned: Within an existing BN Major Account develop an understanding of that customer's business, the focus areas, and the growth areas, both by geography and by technology, and bring forth products and services that will be mutually beneficial for KGPCo and the customer. Prepare customer presentations that demonstrate KGPCo's capabilities, and coordinate KGPCo internal resources to participate in those presentations. Coordinate customer/OEM discussions/demonstrations of products or service solutions that can fulfill a customer need. Develop and respond to RFPs which include technical information, corporate background, pricing and implementation strategies, and related legal documents. Conduct internal and external status meetings to ensure proper project implementation, resolve issues, and maintain profitable business relationships. Update knowledge of current industry developments. Participate in training programs to increase expertise, maintain competitive edge, and improve customer knowledge. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages subordinate managers; is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out Supervisory responsibilities by the Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Safety Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual. Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis. Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the Company. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract 10-digit numbers, to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds; ability to perform these operations using units of Ameri an money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY: No major critical thinking required. Work follows established job aids and business rules. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
