JOB REQUIREMENTS: Operate various cooking and packaging machines Verifycorrect ingredients and measure and/or weigh ingredients Place productson trays and have it ready for cooking Scoop/ fill products into kettleand place designated ingredients into kettle; monitor time andtemperatures throughout the process Scoop/ remove all cooked productsout of the kettle after cooking Clean and sanitize equipment/ work areaafter each use Put veggie carts together Fill buckets with hot stockPalletize finished product Run Pan Wash machine Responsible forcommunicating pertinent information to Supervisor Performs miscellaneousjob-related duties as assigned. High attention to detail Follow companyfood safety and sanitation procedures - GMP\'s, SSOP\'s, HACCP programsFollow Supervisor/ Lead instructions Must be able to work independentlyand also in a team ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 to 75 lbs. Ability to stand for 8hours/day Ability to understand and follow safety procedures. MUST beable to work in the heat/steam, do manual labor and work in coldenvironment.
