AnthroMed Education is expanding our team of Social Workers  who support our students onsite at schools throughout the state of Colorado, and we want you to be a part of our team!

　　School Snapshot!

　　Be a part of an established public school district located in the Thornton/North Denver area. This district has a strong focus on students mental health and they are working hard to provide the care needed to instill resilience and growth in their students. They are seeking a Social Worker who enjoys working with students K-8, including general and special education. This position will be full time for the 2023-2024 school year.  

　　You will be working alongside another mental health provider in the same school as well!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Support the development and well-being of students grades K-8.

　　Contribute to a healthy safe and caring environment by advocating for student needs and ensuring social, emotional, and academic needs are met.

　　Provide individual and small group support to students.

　　Support, create, and maintain classroom interventions and behavior support plans.

　　Demonstrate knowledge of community resources to provide support to students and families.

　　Create, maintain, and support student's Individual Education Plans (IEP).

　　Support students goals as outlined in IEP or 504 plans.

　　Qualifications:

　　Master's Degree in Social Work

　　Approval to work in schools in CO

　　Preferred experience in a K-12 setting
