　　Title : IT Technician Work location : Kenworth Montreal (7500 Trans-Canada Highway, Saint-Laurent, QC H4T 1A5) Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Salary: between $58,000 and $71,000, depending on experience

　　Summary of responsibilities:

　　Support physical and virtual server infrastructure and telephony across all locations

　　Maintain the inventory register of the IT equipment in Flexnet

　　Upgrade workstations, internal software, and applications

　　Install, configure, maintain, and relocate computers, telecommunication systems (including phones), and peripherals

　　Participate in monthly department audits

　　Provide user support during evenings and weekends on a rotational basis with the supervisor and on-call

　　Record and prioritize user and server support requests

　　Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues

　　Document and update IT request resolution processes and installation procedures

　　Analyze resolved cases and identify common problematic sources

　　Collaborate with PACCAR, Karmak, or other vendor IT teams

　　Qualifications:

　　AEC or DEC in computer science

　　2 years of user support experience

　　Proficiency in French and English ( speaking, reading, writing - intermediate level; reason: daily contact with American colleagues/suppliers)

　　Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019 Active Directory, Windows 8 and 10, and Microsoft Office 365 solutions

　　Understanding of DHCP, DNS, IPv4, VLAN, VPN in computer networks

　　Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (an asset)

　　Basic knowledge of VMWare ESX/VSPhere (an asset)

　　Availability to work on-site or online support during evenings and weekends on a rotational on-call basis

　　Valid driver's license and access to a car for traveling to our branches (Montreal, Vaudreuil-Dorion, Laval, St-Eustache, Mirabel, St-Jérôme, Lanoraie) 1-2 times per week
