First Federal is looking for an IT Support Specialist at our Waynesburg Office. This position is full-time, with a Monday to Friday schedule. The IT Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support for the IT Department, responding to routine user issues and completing other assignments as needed. This person reports to the IT Manager.
While the IT Support Specialist has a variety of responsibilities, primary functions of the role include, but are not limited to:
Serve as point of contact for users in troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms, including lock-outs, password resets, email set-up, etc.
Provide technical support either by phone, remote access, or site visits as needed. Refer issues to other IT team members when necessary.
Assist with project management, including the collection, entry, and updating of information.
Act as back-up to other IT team members in performing routine duties.
Assist with the set-up, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software, as assigned.
Create and maintain detail-oriented, thorough, and organized documentation for support solutions and processes.
Report potential issues of concern regarding IT systems to the IT Manager.
Ensure compliance and adherence to all Information Security policies and procedures.
Fulfill audit and examiner requests regarding IT functionality and processes, ensuring that items are completed by the assigned deadline.
Stay abreast of changing technology and expand knowledge by engaging in available trainings and vendor specific programs.
Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
