  Opportunity:

  Do you have a passion for troubleshooting and networking? Our InternetSupport team is seeking a team member that desires to help others andenjoys digging into details in order to solve problems! This is a greatopportunity for someone looking to develop within IT. Join our growingteam and have the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, whereyour ideas and your value matters! Training for this position will beworking 8:00 am - 5:00pm for 6 weeks. After completion of training thenormal shift would be 7am-4pm. Some Saturdays and Sundays will berequired (on rotation).

  Location: This position offers work location flexibility. Our teams arelocated in Buhler, KS and Fowler, KS.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Listens to customer needs and is able to provide meaningful and timelysolutions through troubleshooting Ideateks services (i.e. wireless &fiber internet and phone)

  Delivers the highest level of customer service to Ideateks existingcustomers

  Partners with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations

  Takes note of any themes and makes recommendations for processimprovements

  Proactively follows up with customer as needed

  Exhibit interpersonal skills such as empathy, patience, and kindness ona daily basis

  Qualifications:

  Experience working in a networking role supporting customers

  Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of basic networking equipment.(Router, Switch, cabling, etc.)

  Experience as a point escalation/technical coach or mentor

  Google Docs / Microsoft Office experience

  General understanding of PC and Network Operating systems. (i.e. MostlyWindows, but some iOS and Linux.)

  Ability to work an on-call rotation and some weekends

  Ability to work a 7am-4pm schedule

  High school diploma or equivalent

  Preferences:

  1+ years experience in a Networking/Network Operations Center role

  Experience working with Business/Enterprise customers

  Experience in troubleshooting/problem solving

  Experience supporting Internet and phone technologies

  Bachelors degree in MIS or related certifications are a plus (Network+,Cisco CCNA, etc.)

  This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

  This role is not eligible for relocation.

  Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
