ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides professional, courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, business partners, and HUB colleagues, resulting in a rate of account retention that meets or exceeds expectations Provides a high level of support to our Client Relationship Management staff including: Issue and forward evidence of insurance to lending institutions Order and follow up on policy change endorsements including review for accuracy Check incoming policy change endorsements, and if accurate, forward to insured Update client data in our Agency Management System Maintain departmental carrier access for the Personal Lines Department Reconcile and maintain Agency Management System Downloads Cross Training on processes and systems as needed QUALIFICATIONS

　　High School diploma or equivalent; AA and/or college degree preferred Superior customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written English communication skills P&C insurance license preferred or obtain a P&C insurance license within 3 months Prior Personal Lines experience preferred but not required Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management system EPIC Ability to work and contribute to a positive team environment Ability to work a hybrid schedule in one of our NM HUB offices Organizational skills required and high attention to detail essential Department Account Management & Service
