This position is opened by the Pressure Management Business Unit which is part of the Final Control Group. Primary purpose of this job is to provide Inside sales support & customer service to customers in Norwegian Market (both End-users and other customers i.e., EPC’s, OEM’s, PUV’s, traders. resellers located in this region). This role is based in Bærum, Norway and will report to Sales Manager / Isolation Valves and Pressure Management.
In this role you will need:
Responsible for handling incoming RFQ's / Orders for Pressure Relief Valves and Spare parts.
Support Outside Sales Engineers and Project Teams in preparing the Technical & Commercial bids for Project, Maintenance & Replacement contracts.
When needed willing to travel to participate in BCM’s, KOM’s and FAT’s.
Support your Sales team to achieve monthly & annual budget.
Following up quotes with customers / internal suppliers.
Keep CRM clean and up to date with correct status for quotes.
Following the orders throughout the execution phase and act as Customer's face to Factory and Factory's face to customers to ensure smooth flow in execution and leading the changes required by customer and revising the Selection of the valves accordingly.
Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Business Units for multi divisional quotes.
Proactively develop skills on Emerson Business tools and processes
For this role you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-, Process Automation- or Instrumentation Engineering.
Relevant working experience in the process industry or similar vocational education may substitute formal engineering background for the right candidate.
Fluent in Norwegian and English Language - Written and spoken.
Familiar with standards related to the valve industry (ASME, ASTM Standards, EN Standards).
Understanding of Customers Specification such as Equinor TR's, NORSOK specs is added advantage.
Experience in handling inhouse engineering support to customers.
Skills using Microsoft Office applications is required.
Confident in working with remote and Virtual Teams
Familiar with Emerging industry trends
Experience with Oracle and CRM Dynamics
