Responsibilities
Lead Snack reframe projects and be responsible for on-time launch by
Work with x-functions team to develop consumer centric profitable commercial innovations echoing to platform strategyProject management including developing timeline, facilitating X-functions team resources, hold regular meeting, drive in-time actions, meeting critical gate guardrail, identify critical tasks, risks as well as mitigation plan for the project, lead project team to conduct costing scenario analysis, implications mapping etc for optimal business caseDevelop strong working relationships and influence key stakeholders without direct authority. Escalate when necessary to Leadership team for decision making
Optimize and deliver E2E process by
Exhibit strong understanding of Stage & Gate process to "do the project right"; manage risk-based assessment for exceptional approvalsContinuously optimize process to accelerate Project Speed to Market and drive agility of x-function collaboration; manage the innovation tracking system well to report project status to global commercialization team

Commercialization and Innovation Project Management experience Strong business sense and consumer/market centric thinkingAnalytical and problem-solving skillStrong communication skill, and ability to lead and influence teams, manage up skillsSelf-motivationDrive for results Fluent in mandarin and EnglishBachelor's degrees
