　　General Description:

　　The Information Risk Manager (IRM) provides direct support to TEKsystems Global Services – Information Security Management System, to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets entrusted to or owned by TEKsystems. The IRM will leverage their technical expertise to assist leadership teams in effectively addressing enterprise information security risks by performing risk assessments through questionnaires, interviews, and key control testing. The IRM will help to further align organizational strategy and risk, as well as identifying opportunities to effectively mitigate risk and improve business performances. They will also apply the concepts of Information Risk Management to help organization identify, assess, and mitigate emerging risks. Additionally, as an IRM, they will mentor team members, make recommendations to audits, and serve as escalation point in absence of leadership for team members and external department inquiries.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Information Risk Management

　　Lead information risk management program for TEKsystems Global Services, including information risk assessments to identify threats and vulnerabilities; identify and evaluate information risks; work with risk owner to determine appropriate risk disposition and risk treatment plan.

　　Perform and document business impact analysis of risks in order to develop and propose documented risk treatment plans;

　　Develop and guide information risk assessment process and procedures, requirements, and controls.

　　Lead efforts to review, update and maintain information risk register.

　　Reviews and analyzes information security measurements and metrics, including security incidents, threat/vulnerability management,

　　Monitor controls and determine information security control effectiveness

　　Collaborate with Global Services Center Operations, TEKsystems Operations Risk Compliance and Allegis Information Security Office for all GRC activities

　　Compliance

　　Supports activities associated to implementing and maintaining an effective Information Security Management System certified to the ISO 27001 standard, including performing security assessments to determine present day compliance to the ISO 27001 standard as well as customer security requirements;

　　Review and maintain the Statement of Applicability for all locations where the ISMS is operating;

　　Understand and interpret customer information security policies as well as applicable federal, state and international laws, standards and regulations;

　　Responsible for identifying measurable process outcomes or records needed within compliance programs;
