Job Title: HR Compliance Specialist
Job Description
As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will ensure our company adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business, as well as providing guidance on compliance matters. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conduct regular risk assessments, and develop mitigation plans. You will also handle Workers Compensation, FMLA, Reporting, and Employee Benefits.
Hard Skills
Minimum 5+ years’ experience with HR Compliance
Extensive knowledge with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Experience developing and implementing compliance policies/procedures
Experience conducting regular compliance risk assessments and developing mitigation plans
Experience with Workers Compensation, FMLA, Reporting, and Employee Benefits
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
Hours: 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm.
