How you’ll make an impact :
Evaluate best in class recruitment practises and implement continuous improvements into the processes;
Drive continuous improvement in Resourcing policy, practice and procedures, monitoring and responding to external best practices;
Establish, run and improve the end to end recruitment engine, along with HR Ops Lead;
Supervise operational process check for recruitment progress on the roles assigned to recruiters;
Handle end to end recruitment process for high level profiles;
Have weekly call with client regarding recruitment process agreed;
Update working materials when needed.
Skills that make your work successful:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of Talent Acquisition, experience in automotive industry is preferred;
Ability to understand the business and service delivery model and define the resourcing strategy;
Data driven approach;
Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, negotiation skills and influencing skills;
Fluent in French and English.
