DUTIES:Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, and indoorcommon areas at Wianno Club\'s property, which includes vacuumingfloors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfecting bathrooms,and washing windows. Other responsibilities include operating or tendingwashing machines to wash industrial or household articles, such as clothgarments, blankets, draperies, and linens. Will report directly to theGuest Services Manager at Wianno Club. On-the-job training is provided.REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months of experience at a high-end hotel,resort, or private club required. Applicant must complete pre-employmentbackground check if not returning from the previous season. SCHEDULE:Schedule: 35hrs p/wk. Work schedule can vary and can include evening,weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the weekfrom Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 6:00am - 1:00pm, 9:00am -4:00pm, or 3:00pm - 10:00pm. Shift hours may vary. A single workweekwill be used to compute wages due. WAGE: \$18.71 - \$20.00 p/hr, paidbi-weekly. Overtime is available at \$28.07 - \$30.00 p/hr. Additionalcompensation may be available in the form of a retention bonus of\$1/hour worked between 4/1/24 -10/14/24 (if worker completes theemployment period). An additional employee referral bonus of up to \$200per new employee referred may also be available to the referrer afterthe referred employee completes 30 days of employment. Housing is limited based on availability, with prioritygiven to workers re-locating to begin employment. Dorm-style andnon-dorm-style housing is available. Cost of dorm-style housing, ifaccepted, is \$60.00 p/bi-weekly pay period per person living in ashared room, \$80.00 p/bi-weekly pay period for a single-occupancy roomwith a shared bathroom, and \$100.00 p/bi-weekly pay period for asingle-occupancy room with a private bathroom (this type of room may beshared by couples). Cost of non-dorm-style housing, if accepted, is\$100.00 p/bi-weekly pay period. If used, total cost of housing will beeither deducted from paycheck or paid directly to employer (based onemployee\'s preference). A \$100.00 refundable security deposit isrequired, to be deducted from paycheck in equal \$20.00 installmentsfrom employee\'s first five (5) paychecks.
