Summary You will serve as a HEAVY MOBILE EQUIPMENT REPAIR INSPECTOR SUPERVISOR I in the INSPECTION, TEST, QA AND TRAINING DIV; LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will make decisions on training needs and request related to employees of the Branch. You will keep abreast of new developments, which could affect the quality of the program. You will display initiative and ingenuity to meet changing needs in technology, material, and process. You will deal with other Branch and Division Heads to achieve required cooperation. You will direct the work of the Weight Handling Equipment Inspection Branch responsible for inspection on the Shipyard weight lifting equipment.
