About Head of CRM and Desktop Experience Products

  At Vanguard, we continue to transform prioritized domains to meet the needs of our 50 million investors. We are currently seeking an executive professional to lead our strategic modernization efforts in the role of Head of CRM and Desktop Experience Products for the Personal Investing division. The role centers on guiding the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CRM systems and Crew desktop tools, all designed to revolutionize client interaction across all segments. Powered by Microsoft Dynamics, the core platform for client relationships, this role is pivotal to the next chapter of our technology evolution.

  This is an opportunity to paint a new vision for our entire Personal Investing client interaction landscape. We have just transitioned to Microsoft Dynamics, setting the stage for a transformative period in how we manage relationships with our clients. You will be at the forefront of this change, driving the product roadmap for the future.

  In this role, you will be responsible for:

  - Strategic Leadership: Lead the modernization and transformation of our Crew desktop tools and CRM systems, incorporating disruptive technologies like AI-driven Copilots to enhance client interactions.

  - Product Vision & Roadmap: Develop and execute a forward-looking product roadmap with a focus on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics as the core platform for managing client relationships.

  - Customer Relationship Management: Exhibit deep domain expertise in CRM strategies, particularly in understanding various client segments and treatment strategies.

  - Agile Product Management: Spearhead product sprints, focusing on client needs discovery, feature release, and scalability within an Agile framework.

  -Internal Stakeholder Management: Serve as a crisp communicator adept at building relationships across various internal client segments; make decisions effectively, whether it's saying yes to propel initiatives forward or saying no when necessary.

  What it takes:

  - Deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), particularly in sectors like Personal Investing or Wealth Management.

  - Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms like Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce is highly desirable.

  - Strong skills in Agile product management, including backlog management, feature development, and experimentation.

  - Exceptional communication and influencing skills for vision sharing and gaining alignment.

  - Proven analytical skills to leverage data for compelling insights.

  - Ability to think strategically, manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different functions coupled with tactical execution skills.

  - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering

  - Master's degree preferred

  - 10+ years of experience in Agile product ownership and management

  - 10+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
