　　We are looking for a Hard Service Supervisor to join the team at ExxonMobil Antwerp.

　　The candidate has a good knowledge Dutch and English (oral and written).

　　Background:

　　Position manages operations and maintenance of facility in accordance with agreed to service levels and costs. Position develops and manages systems and processes to ensure operations and maintenance work is performed in compliance with ExxonMobil corporate expectations and applicable laws and regulations. Determines and implements strategy for base building and client requested projects. Position ensures implementation of site goals and ensures day to day compliance which includes championing LPS. Many of the activities are technical in nature requiring a good understanding of building utility and structural systems. In addition, position is responsible for managing maintenance and operations workforce.

　　The position of Hard Services Supervisor, is leading a local team of both employees and contractors, responsible for all technical operations and projects at Antwerp Refinery.

　　His/her team provides services to both buildings and utilities and Technology (labs and pilot units) related to HVAC, Electricity and Instrumentation, Civil works, Pipefitting and Metal trades.

　　The technical services are also running a mechanical shop and E&I shop which provide support in the design, manufacture, modification, maintenance and testing of pilot plants and laboratory testing equipment.

　　You will reports to the Facility Supervisor.

　　Main roles include:

　　Lead a team of technical coordinators, including Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation and Mechanical, and coordinate purchases with a delegated buyer related to technical operations of the facilities, projects and utilities of the buildings at Brussels Campus.

　　Lead teams of both employees and contractors in the coordination of projects.

　　Provide guidance and safety and controls leadership for both employees and contractors.

　　Daily cooperate and coordinate with BC Tenant Services Supervisor and SSHE Supervisor.

　　Regular contact and cooperation with multiple business line stakeholders, flawless execution of projects related to equipment manufacture and modification.

　　Main contact with the stakeholders

　　Comlpy with legal and regulatory complinace

　　Formally represent CBRE in site meetings and committees

　　Participate in safety meetings and committees as technical expert:

　　Role of Site Asbestos Coordinator

　　Sponsorship and administration of OIMS systems, typically OIMS 2.1, 6.1 and 6.3.

　　Site power user for Nuvolo (maintenance request management system based on RCM - reliability centered maintenance)

　　Chair of weekly coordination meeting with CBRE coordinators

　　Responsibilities:

　　Overall management of operations, maintenance and repairs of building systems

　　Base building and client requested projects

　　Energy conservation and energy efficiency initiatives

　　Guidance and support to both employees and contractors in technical positions

　　Flawless operations of technical installations (incident free with high quality and reliability

　　Compliance with, and stewardship of Legal, OIMS, PSMS and Controls requirements

　　Maintenance & operations budget stewardship for technical services and projects

　　Supervision of project management and implementation of site projects (based on EMCAPS)

　　Approves the selection of ad hoc professional services, e.g. architects, engineers, interior designers, etc.

　　Reviews and endorses, and seeks appropriate approval level, in accordance with DOAG of expense and capital appropriations, commitments and invoices.

　　Develops a strategic asset preservation program to ensure assets are managed to provide maximum value.

　　Development of strategy for optimal preventive maintenance, replacement of end-of-life installations, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

　　Implementation of agreed initiatives related to technical services

　　Follow-up until completion of CBRE assigned actions

　　Site emergency response coordination

　　Required skills and competencies:

　　Education and experience:

　　Master degree in engineering.

　　Good practical technical knowledge, mainly in HVAC, electricity, mechanics and instrumentation.

　　Basic knowledge of chemical engineering and HAZAMs / HAZOPs preferred.

　　Experience in operations & maintenance organization and management, and in RCM.

　　Experience in managing budgets for operations and maintenance.

　　Knowledge of project management (EMCAPS desirable) and SAP/GEMS.

　　Practical knowledge of Windows Office environment.

　　Team leader (guidance to his/her teams) and team player (common initiatives)
