Your Role: What you'll be doingAt ULA we're invested in evolving, improving, and streamlining ourdevelopment pipeline through test automation. As the Ground Software TestAutomation Engineer, you will:Develop robust automated test capability and infrastructure.Operate as part of an agile/scrum software development team designing,implementing, testing, and deploying test automation capabilities.Will work with a highly collaborative team in an Agile environment embracing a"fail fast" mentality (fail fast, fail often, react quickly, andlearn from every failure).Engage with Product Owners, Technology Architects, QA, Automation teammembers, and Leaders on cross-functional activities to design, develop,and test software solutions.Contribute to improving Software and Software practices for a more testableand maintainable code base.Estimates effort required for new capabilities in conjunction with scrum teamsand the product manager.May work with subcontractors and other teams to deliver test automationcapabilities.Demonstrates working capabilities at program increments to other stakeholdersand customers.
Your Background: What education and experience you'll needRequires a bachelor's degree and 4 - 8 years of experience.

A Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,Mathematics) or a related technical field from an accredited college oruniversity is required.Four years of directly related exempt work experience may be used to satisfythe bachelor's degree requirement.Proven software development experience.Experience with the following Atlassian Tools and Processes:ConfluenceJiraXrayArtifactoryAnsibleBitbucketBambooSonarQubeLinuxExperience with the following languages:C++PythonJavaScriptFamiliarity with Agile Software Development, Test Driven Development(TDD), and Automated Test Frameworks.

Summary Salary Range (Colorado Only)$109,510 - $171,096
