The Graphics Manager is responsible for developing compelling visual elements to meet marketing and communications objectives and conveys the information to team members and department management. They will lead a team of graphic design professionals to plan, design and produce print and digital creative deliverables for a wide range of channels while assuring quality and consistency of all visual designs. This role provides the administration of a multitude of functions relating to graphic design and elevate the Marketing design for the company.

Responsibilities:
Leads the consistent execution of the brand across all visual design.
Leads and mentors the graphic design team and reviews deliverables to assure excellence in all visual designs, while encouraging continuous team professional and skill development.
Communicates to team members on all aspects of visual designs, while utilizing project management tools to balance workload of the design team and job assignments.
Designs and produces a variety of printed and digital media.
Manages and reviews the Company's Brand Style Guide while ensuring the content is cohesive and distinguished from our competitors.
Oversees photography and video vendors on photoshoots to assure quality and consistency of photo/video deliverables.
Organizes and maintains the department's digital asset libraries and digital asset management systems.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising or related disciplined, and/or 10 years' of work experience and design portfolio demonstrating expert-level leadership and design skills, required.
Minimum 10 years' experience in similar role within internal creative department, design firm or ad agency, preferred.
Minimum 5 years' of experience supervising graphic design teams, preferred.
