This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company.This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs a Governance, Compliance and Contract leader, you will work in a team to manage contracts, ensuring the development and renewal of contracts while upholding compliance. It also involves risk assessment and advising on international trade compliance. Training and knowledge sharing are key aspects, along with maintaining contract integrity and administrative oversight. The role focuses on integrity assessments and compliance audits, while leading the ethics and compliance aspects in the Emerging Markets organization.As a Governance, Compliance and Contract leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Lead contract negotiations and ensure cross-border sales compliance.Compliance and Ethics: Ensure corporate compliance and risk management. Advise on trade compliance. Conduct business risk assessments.Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training for teams and customers. Facilitate knowledge sharing on contract management, ethics & compliance.Contract Maintenance: Coordinate with attorneys for updated contracts. Support contract negotiations.Administrative Oversight: Manage contract signatures, storage, and renewals.
