Our client is looking to add a Global Quality Engineer to their growing team! Candidates will be engaging in extensive travel to our clients sites and their customer locations around the world! The perfect candidate will need to have at least 5 years of quality experience in a high tech industry, and a great personality as there is a lot of customer interaction. responsibilities:
Evaluate and verify the feasibility of implementing customer-specific requirements at our sites.
Create and regularly update customer quality requirements in the Global Key Account handbooks, conducting necessary training sessions for both sites and sales teams. Implement the handbook at relevant sites.
Participate in MBR and sales meetings with customers as needed.
Ensure that products align with customer expectations and demands by implementing measures to control or enhance final products, meeting established quality standards.
Assist sales and local sites in resolving customer claims, coordinating efforts when multiple sites are involved.
Develop and manage corporate documents related to Quality & Environmental Management, Business Continuity Management, and Code of Conduct.
Conduct internal audits, including assessing how sites have implemented customer requirements.
Conduct audits of suppliers.
Support local sites and sales in preparation for Customer Audits and ensure successful outcomes.
