As a Chapter Lead - Configuration Engineering, you will work with the Product Owner to ensure adequate alignment of squad members to initiatives.
Be accountable to the Product Owner and stakeholders for adoption of agreed upon design and suggested changes, to strike a balance between business needs and technical priorities
Bring subject matter expertise on leading industry tools and technology SaaS solutions in recruiting
Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in driving recruiting transformation across a broad range of tools
Reduce defect leakage/improve system quality/reduce time to fix defects
Increase sprint velocity by introduction of modern practices
Contribute towards hands-on configuration
Develop and nurture your team
You will act as pioneer, thought leader, problem solver, and be sought out for your expertise by product teams, enabling them to go faster, safely.
You will work closely with the business stakeholder and Product Owners to optimize against many requirements such as functional needs, quality, usability, cost, and enterprise-wide goals (e.g., cloud adoption). You will also bring best practices for the team by being a part of the Chapter Leads guild.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
To be successful, you should bring sound recruiting SaaS solutions implementation experience leveraging solutions to drive technical governance, innovation, integration and transformation of the recruiting landscape. Ideally, you thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving, analytical and decision making skills, and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
BA/MS degree in computer or information sciences or similar field
10+ years of relevant experience in delivering complex IT solutions with strong recruiting SaaS solutions implementation background, preferably in large international organizations
Functional/Technical Skills
Strong experience in recruiting SaaS solutions in complex and heterogeneous environment
Solid experience of defining requirements and implementing end-to-end solutions using SaaS platforms
Experience in leading agile teams in reviewing the configuration work against defined standards
Managing vendor relationship activities related to execution of work delivery
Ability to develop process documentation, technical manuals and instructions
Good understanding of application testing and bring a customer centric view to the systems implementation
And familiar with Scrum and Kanban development methodologies.
