Key Responsibilities:

Oversee fund accounting, quarterly closes, partner allocations, and financial statements

Manage audits, investor reporting, and capital activity, including cash flow and distributions

Track and analyze key performance metrics (IRR, DPI, TVPI)

Improve accounting workflows through new technology and automation

Collaborate on portfolio valuations and financial insights

Serve as the primary point of contact for investor financial inquiries

Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

Requirements

10+ years in fund accounting, public/private accounting, or fund administration

CPA or Master’s preferred

Experience with custodians and platforms like Efront, Einvest, or Investment Café

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
