Office Assistant $16ph
The Office Service Associate will be working in fast pace environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a team player, and have excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Adhere to process defined in job aides and SOP
Receive, sort, and deliver inbound mail/packages to the appropriate departments
Scan incoming mail and route to appropriate employee or upload into various system applications.
Maintain accurate production activity in the database
Mailroom processing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
Meeting Services Support - room scheduling, set-up/take down, catering assistance
Workstation set up for new hires and leavers
Manage inventory par levels for office and pantry supplies
Reception Desk coverage - handle incoming calls, register visitors/vendors
Ensure that the facilities and office services request tickets are hanlded on a timely basis
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
high school diploma or equivalent
three or more years of customer service and office related experience preferred
exhibits excellent customer service, communication and phone skills
ability to multi-task and possess good organizational skills
ability to work independently and in a team environment
consistently demonstrates a professional demeanor, appearance and attitude
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
Insurance industry experience a plus
Basic Mathematical skills.
