Director of Business Operations & Planning (Rapid Ratings International, Inc., New York, NY)Establish Salesforce as a reliable single source of truth for revenue and pipeline data and provide vetted management reporting for key internal stakeholders. Ensure a well-functioning revenue technology stack that has robust governance and controls, and that is responsive to business needs. Propose and report on KPIs for all business areas that align the team to shared strategic and revenue objectives, and that allow for collaborative and strategic dialogue around critical business decisions. Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are tightly managed, communicated broadly, and clearly understood as the authoritative business metrics. Support Chief Operating Officer in facilitating strategy and planning cadence for Senior Leadership Team. Oversee development, preparation, and communication of key metrics and success measures across the organization. Design and prepare senior management and board-level reporting in response to quarterly and ad-hoc requests, offering visibility and insights into key strategic and revenue objectives. Telecommuting permitted 3 days a week. When not telecommuting, must report to Rapid Ratings International, Inc. at 86 Chambers Street, Suite 701, New York, NY 10007 Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 per year.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Analytics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Operations Manager, Business Consultant, or any occupation/position/job title involving business intelligence operations.In lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, the employer will accept a Master's degree or U.S. equivalent in Business Analytics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Operations Manager, Business Consultant, or any occupation/position/job title involving business intelligence operations.Must also have experience in the following: 3 years of professional experience working in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations; 3 years of professional experience performing revenue forecasting for SaaS new business and renewals; 3 years of professional experience working with dashboards and reporting for executive or board-level stakeholders; 2 years of professional experience working in high-growth SaaS businesses; and 1 year of professional experience managing and overseeing revenue technology stacks including CRM (Salesforce) and related third-party tools including ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Outreach, and Marketing Cloud.CONTACT: Please apply online at: https://www.rapidratings.com/company/careers-culture
