The primary function of the Administrative Services Division Budget & Office Manager is to manage, plan, implement, monitor, and analyze all Administrative Services Division department budgets. In addition, this position manages and monitors the funding of renovations, new construction, minor remodels, maintenance, repairs, and the procurement of furniture fixtures and equipment through multiple funding sources. The Budget & Office Manager verifies all A1A Pay applications, contingency fund justification documents, and change order submittals. This position also manages the Administrative Services Division's support team in facilitating the day-to-day work of the Police, Facilities, Auxiliary Services, Emergency Management, and Occupational and Environmental Safety departments. Division support functions include parking permits, keys, Traka (key management system), employee and alumni Card Access, ChargePoint EV Charging Stations, Ecoparking Technologies Gannon Ramp parking management system, purchasing (supplies, materials, equipment, services), college-wide chargebacks, and employee recruitment.
