Обязанности:

　　The role will act as the key execution link between PepsiCo & the bottling partners and will be responsible for all execution elements of the Franchise operations, supply chain, change management, and sustainability agendas.

　　Project management (including Innovation, product launch, capacity & capability as well as change management processes);Daily Supply Chain support to Franchise partner (including short-term crisis management, R&D technical beverage documents & customs documentation);QCFS support for both PepsiCo & Bottlers operations teams (including monthly reporting, best practice management & acting as the key link between both organizations);Data collation & analysis to support the Sustainability agenda (focusing on upskilling the wider Franchise teams on Sustainability KPIs & our progress towards them).Требования:

　　Have minimum +5 years' experience preferably from FMCG player, ideally have experienced background in Beverage Manufacturing & Supply Chain;University degree;Fluency in English and Russian;Managing ambiguity & significant amounts of change in a dynamic & time pressured environment;Proven track record of delivering through others by leveraging cross-functional SMEs to achieve complex goals on compressed timelines;Experience working in a hybrid environment & comfortable with both face-to-face & remote interactions;Experience leading teams through change projects from ideation to execution & post-launch reviews;Competent analytical mindset with proven Excel skills & ability to collate, analyze & create recommendations through leveraging multiple data sources;High level of organization savvy (both internally and externally) due to cross-functional interdependencies.
