Job Description:About the PositionTitle: FP&A Finance Manager - AerialsReports to: Global Director, FP&A - AerialsLocation: Within commutable distance to Bothell, WA, hybrid option availableRelocation: NoPosition OverviewWe are in a Finance Transformation phase! This position focuses on the daily routines of the Finance Manager FP&A, developing and preparing globally applicable reports used for business decision making; along with support on driving our Finance team to a more modernized workflow, working to improve processes.ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the appropriate Team Members are accountable for both forecast and actual results, through the provision of clear actionable information.Provide all regular analysis and monthly reporting for Senior Leadership meetings of the AWP business.Lead the regular forecast and annual operating plan processes globally.Coordinate with regional and functional finance leads, to agree consolidated views of forecasts and results.Be the lead liaison with the India based FP&A Support team, and the Corporate FP&A teams.Provide input and advice to relevant Business Partner/s based on your or your fellow teammates analysis of underlying business drivers and the impact of these in the financial results / forecast.Manage finance projects, most particularly around the development, management and maintenance of segment financial reporting systems.Design and implement new globally applicable analytical and management reporting tools for decision making.Support the business, finance & GBS teams during monthly, quarterly, yearly close & reporting processes.Participate in all team events including training, safety reviews and meetings.Basic Qualifications2+ years of experience in a similar role at the Finance Manager level.Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics,Accounting, or similar field.Proficient in intelligence systems such as One Stream, Hyperion, Cognos, PowerBI, or TableauAdvanced user of ExcelManufacturing experience highly preferredDesired CompetenciesCPA, CMA or equivalent preferredBusiness Insight - Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goalsCommunicates effectively - Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesEnsures accountability - Holds self and others accountable to meet commitmentsManages complexity - Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsCollaborates - Builds partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectivesCustomer Focus - Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutionsDesired Technical Skills / ExperienceProficient in Oracle, SAP or other major ERPDemonstrated ability to interact effectively, cross functionally and at all levels in an organizationExperience reporting within complex legal entity and multi-currency reporting structuresExperience developing / managing multiple financial models which drive business performanceExperience managing key projects which cross departments and business entitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsThe salary range for this position is $103,200.00 - 154,800.00 Annual USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's experience level. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
