  We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our Restaurant Outlet team. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operation of the Alpine Hall, Tipsy Trout and/or Whistle Pig Pavilion, as well as other potential activations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. You will train and motivate staff to maximize profitability.

  During the busy summer events season, this manager will act as a Banquet Manager from May- April. They will assist the Director of Banquets in overseeing a team of talented individuals and will be responsible for managing and working with the Supervisors in supervising Banquet events, employees, and the overall department. This position will administrate staff, coordinates banquet events, and implements strategies to achieve The Lodge at Spruce Peak’s objectives.

  Qualifications:

  High school diploma or equivalent experience required. College degree preferred.

  1-2 years of prior Management experience, required. F&B and Events/Banquets related experience preferred.

  Flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

  Basic understanding of MS Office and Micros
