Formation technique au métier de monteur en ascenseur, tant théorique que pratique pour que les nouveaux monteurs puissent travailler en sécurité, efficacement et en respectant les méthodes d’usine.
Montage de nouveaux ascenseurs dans des bâtiments neufs ou existants.
Responsabilités
Formation théorique
Assurer les formations Basic Training destinées aux nouveaux monteurs (formation aux méthodes GEN2, etc.)
Maintenir et mettre à jour en continu ses propres compétences techniques, identifier ses propres besoins de formation
Formation pratique
Assister les contremaîtres dans le pilotage des chantiers école dont il a la charge (sélection de l’installation, visites de chantier, AMT, etc.) afin d’en assurer le bon déroulement
Assurer la formation pratique des monteurs NK sur les méthodes de montage, dans le cadre de chantiers école
Être garant de la pérennité des montages réalisés
Identifier et signaler le non-respect des méthodes de montage officielles et non-conformités techniques, pour le parc d’installations de sa zone de responsabilité
Réaliser des contrôles par sondage sur la qualité des montages effectués
Montage de nouveaux ascenseurs
Procéder au montage d’ascenseursIndicateurs clés de performance
Nombre d’heures de formation effectuées mensuellement
Nombre de techniciens formés sur chantiers école
Justesse et précision des informations techniques transmises aux monteurs formés
Efficacité et Performance CH
Qualifications/ Expérience/ Connaissances
Diplôme professionnel
Parfaite maîtrise des méthodes de montage OTIS
3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans le montage d’ascenseur OTIS
Parfaite maitrise de la langue Francaise
Permis de conduire valable en Suisse
Qualités personnelles
Proactivité, capacité à prendre des initiatives, caractère entreprenant
Organisation, capacité d’analyse et sens des priorités
Patience, pédagogie, intérêt pour le transfert de savoir
