　　Job Overview

　　TE Connectivity's ICT Test Lab is searching for an energetic talent with good technical skills and a desire to learn all aspects of Product Testing. The position will require some experience in a technical field. We are a small diverse team building a young, small but expanding laboratory where collaboration is necessary and part of our daily fun. Our team provides a valuable service for mostly internal Product Sustaining and Development Engineering, as well as Manufacturing globally. We are also launching a new custom Laboratory Information Management System (DigiLims) globally and looking for someone interested in learning a management software system potentially leading to lab more of an administration role.

　　Recommended skills and qualifications.

　　Desire to learn is a must qualification.Technical skills and aptitude required.Ability to read, understand and interpret industry standards such as USCAR, SAE, IEC, etc.Test sample preparation for testing to include wiring, measuring, soldering, etc.Desire to learn to perform Electrical, Mechanical, and Sealing Tests as experience grows.Problem solving skills a major plus.Teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.Keen attention to detail.Maintain a clean and organized working environmentExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate.Assist with test report writing, picture taking, data collection.

　　• Associate degree preferred but not required.

　　• Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word knowledge and experience a must.

　　• Good written and verbal skills to communicate.

　　• Two or more years involved with testing, technical field or related experience preferred.

　　COMPENSATION

　　• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $47,100 - 70,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

　　• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
