　　We are looking for a Commissioning & Service Engineer committed to FIRE AND SECURITY SYSTEMS, to be hired with a permanent contract in BOLOGNA within the Smart Infrastructure Regional Solution & Service area.

　　Your Challenge

　　As a Senior commissioning and service engineer your mission will be to commission and maintain safety and security systems ensuring customer satisfaction.

　　Some of the main activities will be:

　　-site technical and operational support in the design, development, installation and maintenance of equipment

　　Compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and policies applicable to each site.

　　Commissioning and maintenance of equipment associated with the fire, intrusion, access control and CCTV systems portfolio

　　Identifying and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults of fire, intrusion, access control and CCTV products.

　　Manage commissioning/field service routines by interfacing with third parties and without supervision.

　　Remote and on-site customer support;

　　Maintenance of technical project archives.

　　Involvement in technical design and development of commissioning/service offers.

　　Support and commissioning using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by headquarters)

　　Diagnostic activities.

　　To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

　　Proven experience in safety and security systems

　　Technical high school diploma or degree in engineering, automation

　　Certificates Safety courses

　　PES and PAV certificates

　　Certificates for use and configuration of Firefighting / CCTV / Access Control / Intrusion Prevention products

　　Basic knowledge of the main technical standards CEI - UNI -ISO -EN

　　Demonstrated knowledge and experience in fire, intrusion detection, access control and CCTV security systems and products

　　Competence in repair troubleshooting and testing of assigned programmes.

　　Familiarity with IT principles related to networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualisation, Remote connection

　　Passion to never-stop growing

　　Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create andshare knowledge

　　Proficiency in English and Italian

　　Eligibility to work in Italy
