  Job Summary

  This role involves high complexity tasks/project and high visibility and is designed to support Finances operational needs in a dynamic business and evolving environment.

  This position is responsible for

  -Financial project management and leadership of complex and evolving financial activities to support Financial operational needs and deliverables.

  -Serving as subject matter expert in cross-functional teams.

  -Facilitating and participating in financial evaluation, development and implementation of new or modified strategies, processes, and operational methods and solutions in relation to business objectives, decisions and statutes, regulations and/or sub-regulatory guidance requirements.

  Required Job Qualifications:

  -Bachelors' Degree

  -Minimum of 5 years of experience in business, project management or related field.

  -Minimum of 3 years of change management or governance experience.

  Preferred Job Qualifications:

  -Bachelor' Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA is very highly preferred.

  This is a hybrid role that requires visibility in the office listed in the posting a minimum of three (3) days per week on an ongoing basis.

  HCSC cannot consider candidates who will require US work authorization, now or at any time in the future. This includes, but is not limited to H1-B transfers and F1 OPT.
