Extensions may be possible in accordance with guidance on the job announcement Responsibilities Evaluate programmed distribution of available funds submitted by higher headquarters against mission and workload objectives to ensure proper balance of funds. Monitor fund distribution and execution, ensuring that resources are used in the most efficient manner. Analyze fund utilization of annual funding programs, quarterly allotments, and reimbursable programs. Ensure the distribution of funds received from higher headquarters is in accordance with approved programs. Serve as the primary user and training coordinator of finance management automated systems for the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC). Analyze budget data utilizing various financial systems. Interpret financial and budget policies, directives, and regulations received from higher headquarters; and prepare local implementing instructions. Monitor and manage the Defense Travel System (DTS) for LRC employees. Provide guidance on funding distribution and priority of LRC Director’s programs to division chiefs.
