Finance Sales Controller - Temporal

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　As our Finance Analyst/ Sales Controller, you are responsible for assisting the Controlling team in its planning, reporting and analysis activities to help deliver a high standard of reporting and analytical support to the business, in line with company objectives and with an emphasis on continuous process improvement.

　　Your main focus:

　　Support the financial forecast process (Annual Plan, Forecasts, etc) Assist in the preparation of financial forecast submissions for divisional entities. Consolidate, validate and report results with relevant business insights and variance analysis. Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis based on business needs. Support the month-end closing, reporting and analysis.

　　Review, reconcile and follow up of data submission vs. expectations. Help producing both internal & external month-end deliverables leveraging on existing reporting tool (Business Objects, Excel, Power Bi) Respond to finance related queries from internal departments and ensure follow-up in a timely manner. Support Account Receivables team Help coordinate monthly conciliation of debit notes & rappel accounting. Provide inputs on sales for cash forecast & variance analysis.

　　The team consists of 3 Sales copilots, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning. All your colleagues are finance experts and motivated to partner with the business and add value.

　　You will be part of the sales finance controlling team, supporting both Prestige and Consumer Beauty divisions and reporting to the Sales Finance manager. This is a hands-on role where you will work on end-to-end Finance processes in a multinational company: actuals, budgets, forecasts, variances analysis, SOX compliance, audits etc.

　　Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position Finance, Economics or Business studies with an understanding of the basic accounting principles Highly numerate with advanced Excel skills, and comfortable working with big data and various financial and reporting systems.
