　　Internship Assignment Summary:

　　Highlight and track risks & opportunities

　　Prepare robust business planning through accurate budgeting/forecasting

　　Assist the preparation of financial plans to understand the drivers of revenues and costs

　　Conduct monthly variance analyses

　　Identify & lead process improvement

　　Dynamic business partner who leverages relationships to drive financial planning

　　Work with Controllership/Finance Shared Services to review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports

　　Continuously seek new ways to leverage business data to offer fresh insights and aid decision making

　　Education/Qualifications/Skills:

　　Working towards bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting

　　Ability to work with others in a team environment

　　Strong communication skills

　　Ability to identify and recommend process improvements

　　Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style

　　Organizational, time management and decision-making/problem-solving skills

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
