　　Date of Need: 3/15/2024 to 12/15/2024 Workers will need 1 monthexperience in the duties listed. Attach, adjust, drive, operate, andmaintain farm implements and tractors. Drive tractors to the field toprepare the soil, plant, cultivate, maintain, prune and harvest apples,peaches and vegetables. Drive farm trucks and equipment to maintain andharvest crops and apples. Wash and pack both fruit and vegetables.Maintain and harvest apples and other crops using hands and hand heldequipment. Setup irrigation systems and know when to irrigate cropsusing methods appropriate for the crop and location. Identify cropspests and weeds to determine the most appropriate selection andapplication method of pesticides and fertilizers. Applying general usepesticides under the supervision of a licensed applicator. May mix spraysolutions, spray crops and apply fertilizers.
