  RMS Global Sustainment is seeking a Field Engineering Manager for a position managing the F-35 Ground Support Equipment Sustainment organization, at Ebbing ANGB, Arkansas. This position requires Functional Manager level supervision/leadership experience and a broad background in military flightline GSE sustainment operations, GSE maintenance, material management and supply operations, coupled with a strong technical knowledge of application and deployment of varying levels of GSE. Candidate must have a proven track record dealing with senior level customers and management. Additional attributes require this candidate to possess a keen ability for professional communication and business acumen, well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience presenting formal presentations to all levels of leadership.

  This position will oversee technical performance over a multi-disciplined team of RMS Global Sustainment employees, and report directly to the RMS F-35 Support Equipment Sustainment Manager in Fort Worth, Texas. The candidate will handle performance reviews, hiring, disciplinary actions, and other personnel related activities. This position requires the candidate to successfully interface with management and serve as the spokesperson for the site relating to F-35 GSE sustainment. Other responsibilities included but are not limited to: interface with both customer and LM senior leadership on all matters concerning SE onsite, property management controls, sustainment of fielded GSE, and ability to periodically travel in support of business meetings.

  Basic Qualifications:

  - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline of Sustainment, Engineering, or Business

  - Fifteen years of professional AGE / GSE sustainment experience, either military or civilian equivalent

  - Demonstrated performance executing various types of sustainment contract scope of work

  - Track record of sustained high performance and execution

  - Demonstrated excellence in communicating with senior level management

  - Strong problem-solving skills, develop strategic sustainment solutions, and possess strong leadership attributes and flexibility

  - Ability to obtain Secret Clearance within the first 60 days of employment

  - Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills

  - Ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce while meeting challenging program schedules

  - Technical experience working with Specialty Engineering teams (Reliability, Maintainability, System Safety) and use of sustainment tools, data analytics and sustainment metrics

  - Self-starter, decision maker, and influencer of diverse teams in a competitive environment

  - Unwavering professionalism at all levels of employee and Sr. Leadership engagement

  Desired Skills:

  - Career background in military ground support equipment sustainment

  - Experience in managing all disciplines of Logistics / Technical personnel

  - Experience with proposal/BOE development and man-power estimation

  - Experience working with USG and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers

  - Budgeting spend plans, forecasting expenditures, and staffing using various financial tools

  - Familiarity with JSF program policies and procedures associated with F-35 ground support equipment sustainment.

  Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

  Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

  Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

  Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
