Michigan-based manufacturing company is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator to join their family office and be a major asset when it comes to execution of creative projects. This role will wear many hats, primarily supporting the Executive Vice President with administrative responsibilities on the business side, and project coordination/execution on the personal side with creative endeavors. This role will require someone based in NYC to travel to Albany, New York, a few days per month while operating remotely otherwise. Standard hours are 8am-5pm with availability after-hours as needed depending on the EVP's time zone. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage complex calendars, anticipating changes and conflictsSchedule internal and external meetings, take meeting minutesHeavy project management for multi-media projects including publishing, film/production and technology:Research resources and options in the market, weigh the differences amongst theseWork with individual contributors and companies, manage communications and gather informationOrganize cumulated information with well-thought opinions for EVP to make decisionsSupport EVP with project execution including behind the scene scheduling, filing, organization of tradeshows, media festivals and toursAssist with ad-hoc administrative needs relating to the family office and create processes/efficienciesQualifications:2-3+ years of experience in a creative industry with a transferrable administrative skillsetExperience supporting an individual or family office in an administrative capacity is preferredDemonstrated project coordination/executionIndustrious and motivated professional with excellent communication, organization and time management skillsMust be flexible to ever-changing responsibilitiesCompensation/Benefits:$90-150K base DOEMedical, Dental, and Vision Benefits 401K with match 3 weeks of PTO + 14 holidays (including winter break) Tuition and Lifestyle/Hobby Reimbursement Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
