Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for an Estimator to join a leading construction company's Power Generation team. The successful candidate will have experience within the Power Generation/Nuclear industry. In this role, the Estimator will analyze costs of and prepare engineering, procurement, and construction estimates for civil engineering, structural, electrical, and mechanical projects. The main responsibilities will be to prepare estimates on projects, coordinate price packages, participate in site review and tender review, and develop the overall project budget and cost. This individual will be communicating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, so strong communication skills are a must. This role requires travel from site to site throughout the GTA but will mainly be based in Bowmanville, ON.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　6+ years of estimating experience specifically related to construction/power generation projects

　　Experience within the nuclear industry

　　Experience on projects with high-risk complexity

　　Experience with cost estimating software (Procore, Build Ops, Service Titan)

　　JD Edwards experience

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related) or College Technical Diploma

　　Flexibility to travel from site to site - role is 70% travel

　　Valid G license P.Eng or relevant designation

　　Primavera P6 experience

　　Scheduling experience null
