The Engineering Project Lead will be responsible for leading and managing execution of internal product team scope across Abrams STS Projects. Projects are focused on Electronic Computing Hardware. Interfacingwith Software Engineers is also a key factor in the role.

Responsibilities:Lead execution of Electronic Computing Hardware projects on the Abrams Program.Responsible for completing all project scope and meeting cost, schedule and quality commitmentsLead project planning, tracking and control activitiesDevelop and maintain excellent customer relationshipsEnsure all work products and deliverables are completed on time and meet quality requirementsManage and mitigate execution risksSupport internal & external customer reviewsSupport business pursuits with engineering estimates and proposalsSupport negotiation of requirements, scope and deliverablesBrief senior leadership routinely on execution statusRequirements:Minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred) or related field. Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience7+ years of relevant experienceProven ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationshipsDemonstrated ability to form and lead teamsExperience in leading design, development and integration of complex systemsProven leadership skills and competenciesAbility to identify emerging risks and develop corrective actions and/or mitigation plansMust have excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skillsMust have strong oral and written communication skillsMust have excellent business acumen and negotiating skillsAbility to travel as neededMust be able to obtain security clearance so US citizenship is requiredPay Transparency:
