Contribute to the team responsible for network site planning, equipment deployment planning, deployment managing and basic design of network instances in a Unix environment; use Yang Data Models, JSON, XML, Python, OAM Models, OSI Models, eBGP, iBGP, ISIS, IPv4 and IPv6 Unicast and Multicast, MPLS, RSVP, EVPN, SR-TE, TCP/IP, L2 functionality, and L2VPN; work with Juniper, Ciena, Cisco, Arista, and Nokia networking devices; configure lab devices and troubleshoot networks using command line interface (CLI); design automated test plans; complete network deployment, manage contract teams in deployment, and provision and support wireless, Ethernet transport region networks; respond to network incidents and determine resources needed for resolution; develop practices and procedures for network installation, maintenance, and operation; develop and implement test and acceptance criteria for network requirements; schedule equipment activations; contribute to incident management, site design, network configuration, and network activation; develop and maintain network element documentation and inventory; and order, track, and report all internal and external wired and wireless connection activation activities.*REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and two (2) years of experience designing network instances in a Unix environment; using Yang Data Models, JSON, XML, Python, OAM Models, OSI Models, eBGP, iBGP, ISIS, IPv4 and IPv6 Unicast and Multicast, MPLS, RSVP, EVPN, SR-TE, TCP/IP, L2 functionality, and L2VPN; working with Juniper, Ciena, Cisco, Arista, and Nokia networking devices; and configuring lab devices and troubleshooting networks using command line interface (CLI); of which one (1) year includes designing automated test plans.PLEASE SEND RESUMES TO [email protected] AND REFERENCE JOB ID #6841 WHEN APPLYING FOR THIS POSITION.
