About Employee Benefits Entry-Level Attorney - Chicago, Milwaukee, or Washington, D.C.

  Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an entry-level attorney to join the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in the Business Law Department, preferably in our Chicago, Milwaukee, or Washington, D.C. office. Dallas and Houston offices may be considered based on business need. A qualified candidate must have a strong demonstrated interest in the employee benefits and executive compensation area. Background in benefits and executive compensation is preferred but not required.We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, team-oriented and highly-motivated entry-level attorney who is willing to support the strategic goals of our Business Law Department and Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. To be considered, a candidate must have top academics and very strong writing, drafting, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, willingness to learn and improve, and dedication to serving our clients are essential.To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be enrolled in a Tax LL.M. program at an ABA-approved law school. A candidate must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) in which they are admitted to practice. Timely admission to the state Bar corresponding to the office of hire will be a condition of employment. Interested applicants should submit a resume, law school transcript, LL.M. program first semester grades (upon availability), and cover letter indicating office preference.
