Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with leaders to develop strategies and actively advocate for a safety-first culture.
o Drive the ongoing development, implementation, and continual improvement of EHS programs.
o Take ownership of tracking and communicating site-level metrics, promoting transparency and accountability.
o Act as a central hub of EHS knowledge, providing guidance and innovative suggestions for improvement to others in the organization.
o Champion employee environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs, emphasizing growth and learning.
o Coach colleagues with less experience, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
o Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, encouraging a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
o Effectively communicate complex information and actively work to build consensus among team members.
o Approach problem-solving with creativity and a willingness to consider new perspectives, exercising judgment based on diverse sources of information.
o Integrate EHS programs within Fluke’s lean manufacturing environment, focusing on adaptability and continuous improvement.
o Take ownership for EHS compliance programs and associated reporting at the site.
Qualifications:
o Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
o Demonstrate a track record of delivering results in matrixed organizations, with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement.
o Exhibit a passion for continuous improvement and an adaptability to change.
o Express the desire and ability to grow into a leadership role.
o Possess 5 to 7 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing, industrial, or high-tech settings.
o Be familiar with the Microsoft Suite of products and proficient in data management tools.

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $75,785- $140,875
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
