Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
EDI Coordinator
Poznań, Poland
As the EDI Coordinator, you will ensure a smooth and proper data exchange with our international supply base.
Your Responsibilities:
EDI process monitoring & and error resolution in the Seeburger EDI system.
Answering goods receipt compliance issues in the John Deere Supply Network.
Verify technical EDI documents.
Daily coordination with internal and external business partners.
Operating in the factory SAP system R/3.
Connected invoices to the system.
Testing suppliers' EDI connection in the system.
Converting PDF suppliers into EDI suppliers.
Sending and monitoring EDI contracts.
Our requirements:
We need an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, who embraces challenges and likes to work in a global, interdisciplinary team. Ideally, you have a University degree in the field of Business, IT, logistics, and/or generally in technical areas.

Professional background in the Supply Management area.
Technical understanding of IT infrastructures (database, networks, etc.).
EDI message knowledge.
Seeburger EDI System (BIS 6) knowledge.
Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
Understanding of Order Fulfillment Process.
Understanding of the Invoicing Process (nice to have).
Strong skills in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution.
Team Player and strong collaboration attitude.
Skilled in computer systems (SAP, Microsoft Excel).
German language knowledge (nice to have).
