　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Database Architect to join our team in the Ft . Detrick , MD area. This is an onsite position.

　　Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

　　Design strategies for enterprise database systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security.

　　Design and construct large relational databases.

　　Integrate new systems with existing warehouse structure and refine system performance and functionality.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required

　　Experience working as a Database Architect with one or more of the following databases:MongoDB, Postgres, Elastic

　　Experience with ETL and Big Data

　　Experience or knowledge of SAFe, Agile Scrum and Kanban

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently

　　Strong follow through, verbal and written communication skills a must

　　Bachelor's Degree

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience working as a Database Architect supporting medical logistics applications

　　Experience with DevSecOps

　　Relevant certifications in database architecture

　　Clearance Requirements:

　　U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust suitability is required for this position.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
