  This is a full time hybrid position in Hartford, CT.

  Position Summary

  CVS Health is seeking a Document Management/Call Center Representative. The Document Management/Call Center Representative will provide accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions cus­tomers working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue, including scanning and elec­tronic document management functions.

  Required Qualifications1+ years of customer service and/or call center experience with knowledge of phone etiquette and documentation scanning1+ years of experience with MS OfficePreferred QualificationsKnowledge of: Call Center and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language Skill in: Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills Ability To: Work independently, work effectively in a team environment and adapt to chang­ing priorities EducationHigh School Diploma/GED or higher Business Overview

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $17.00 - $29.30

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
