  About the role

  Digital & Data is at the heart of Sanofi: our ambition is to be the leading digital healthcare platform to develop & deliver medicine faster, enable healthcare professionals to improve treatments and help patients improve their health. Our scale, strong connections within health ecosystems across the world, and ability to leverage Sanofi's capabilities make us the best place to push the boundaries of medicine through technology.

  Sanofi is building a digital experience for Immunology patients onboarding on therapy and disease management.We are looking for a product owner with a strong focus on data and insights for product improvement to work on two assignments based in two separate locations: first year in Cambridge (USA) and the second year in Japan.

  Main responsibilities as Project Manager Digital Health:

  - Work directly with the Global Product and Data teams to map data-related opportunities, including:

  Supporting the product's data and event tagging strategy

  Prioritizing product improvements through a data driven approach

  Assessing and prioritizing machine learning driven modules (vocal biomarkers, skin imaging & more)

  Exploring innovative and value-driving data-driven solutions

  Educate the Product team on good practices regarding data generated via a mobile experience

  - Other opportunities can be explored depending on interest and profile:

  Go-to-Market strategy in the US and other markets on the roadmap

  Drive the implementation of new modules, from strategy, ideation to design and development

  Expand good SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) data practices to other Business Units within Specialty Care Portfolio and the larger Sanofi portfolio

  Real World Evidence and Clinical Trials

  About you:

  Master's Degree (Business, Computer Science, Engineering or similar) or (desirable) 5 years of relevant experience

  Fluent English (B2 minimum), second language (especially Japanese) would be an advantage

  Understanding of the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries would be a plus

  Great interest in technology

  Strategic thinker, open minded person

  Ability to handle and simplify complex projects or initiatives and to be agile in a matrix organization

  Good communications skills

  Agile / Scrum mindset with strong patient / customer focus

  Knowledge of Jira, Power BI, SQL, Firebase would be a huge plus

  SaMD experience is a great plus
