We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital MarketingSpecialist with a strong background in social media, email marketing, andpaid promotion strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 yearsof experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on sustainability being asignificant bonus. The successful candidate will possess exceptionalcommunication skills and be a dedicated team player.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital communication strategies: Create and executecomprehensive digital marketing plans, including social media, emailmarketing, and paid promotion campaigns, to increase brand awareness,engagement, and lead generation.Manage social media channels: Oversee the company's social mediapresence, including creating and curating content, engaging withfollowers, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize strategy.Design and execute email marketing campaigns: Develop and manage targetedemail campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, andperformance analysis, to drive engagement and conversions. Knowledge ofA/B testing, delivery capabilities and communications, to maintain bestpractices for ongoing, targeted client communicationsImplement paid promotion strategies: Plan and execute paid advertisingcampaigns across various platforms, such as social media, to increasebrand visibility and generate leads.Graphics creation: Develop visually engaging and impactful graphics usingdesign tools like Canva, aligned to our brand standards.Analyze and report on campaign performance: Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using analytics tools andKPIs, to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.Leverage AI technologies: Utilize available artificial intelligence (AI)tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, andoptimize workflows within your job role.Collaborate with internal and external teams: Work closely with marketingteam members, and other departments to ensure that digital communicationefforts align with overall company goals and messaging. Client-facingcapabilities, abilities to interpret data both for email marketing/digitalcampaigns, and present insights to internal/external clientsStay informed on industry trends and best practices: Keep up to date withthe latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques, particularlywithin the B2B and sustainability sectors, to ensure the company remainscompetitive and innovative. Knowledge of Dotdigital is a bonus.Exceptional communication and teamwork: Foster a collaborative environmentby effectively communicating with team members, sharing knowledge, andcontributing to the overall success of the team. Ability to collaborate onhighly matrixed teams across a global organization, working with clients ina variety of industries and vertical sectors.

For this position, the expected compensation range is $81,600 -$122,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidateslocated within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined byreviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salaryrange, i dividual pay is determined by several factors includingperformance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training.
